In 1996 Mr. Vinod Maheshwari a commerce graduate and Mr. D.C. Gupta an electrical engineer started the journey with Advance Electrical Works in a small office in Sector-10 Noida near Delhi. They started manufacturing of customized L.T. switch boards for various customers of domestic market in a rented factory with limited resources. In 2001 Company had owned an industrial land in Noida electronic city and finally in 2002 Company was sifted to its modern manufacturing unit at A-191, Sector -63 Noida equipped with all facilities under single roof at the same time it became a Pvt. Ltd. Company Named as Advance Power Controls Pvt. Ltd. In 2008 the Company changed its constitution from Pvt. Ltd. to LIMTED. Advance Power steadily climbed the list of L.T. Panels manufacturer in India and known as the reliable source for its wide range of products by virtue of good product quality and a dedicated team of after sale service.

We have now come a long way from our little manufacturing unit in Sector-10 Noida in 1996. Now we have another ultra-modern manufacturing facility in Noida.
All the drawings are prepared by experienced and professional engineers on Auto Cad to give a clear appearance, proper layout, and complete information. All the inputs and the requirements provided from the customers are maintained in prescribed formats and followed by drafting personal.
All the Panels are custom built, totally enclosed, rigid, dust & vermin proof. The fabricated panels are designed on a bolted pattern for easy handling as well as further processes. The spacious designs & high rating of electrolytic grade Aluminum/Copper bus bars helps in better maintenance, easy termination, and low temperature rise condition.
All the fabricated components go through a Seven Tank treatment for removing the dust and grease, giving a proper layer of phosphate for proper bonding of the powder. After the Seven Tank Treatment, the components are pre heated to burn out remaining chemicals and to ensure proper metal surface required for powder coating. Thereafter, the components are coated with a layer of epoxy polyester-based powder to ensure longer life of steel structure.
We have qualified & experienced engineers to design and manufacture quality product as per the requirement of the customer and international guidelines. We have 40 trained workmen i.e., Fitters, Fabricators, Wiremen, Painters etc. on the production line.
All purchases are done through authorized dealers or manufacturers to ensure originality as well as quality. All the inputs are tested both before and after fixing in the panel.
Our panels MCC, PCC, Busduct, and Rising Mains have been tested at CPRI Bhopal at 50KA for 1- second time along with temperature rise test and degree of protection test as per IS 8623.
The company has certified for ISO 9001-2015 for the quality and management system for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Electrical L.T. Panels (Including PLC panels, Drive Panels, Feeder Pillars and Junction Boxes), Busduct, and Rising Mains.
